Absolute Health & Wellness offers primary care, wellness services, and aesthetic treatments in a patient-centered setting. We provide care for patients of all ages and address a range of concerns, including chronic medical conditions, hormone-related symptoms, mental health, weight management, skin concerns, and preventive care. Services may include lab evaluation, supplements, vitamin injections, laser treatments, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers. Care is individualized and guided by clinical assessment, patient concerns, and shared decision-making. Individualized primary care, wellness support, and aesthetic services for patients of all ages.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy We respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows may be charged 25 % of the scheduled service total. All consultations, wellness services, and other appointment-based services are final sale and nonrefundable once provided. All supplement sales are final once ordered. We do not offer returns or refunds on supplements, opened skincare products, or other consumable wellness items. If an item is damaged or incorrect, notification must be made within 3 days of receipt. Approved issues may be addressed by replacement or store credit at our discretion. Shipping fees, processing fees, and cancellation fees are nonrefundable.
